As mother and daughter we have experienced a spiritual awakening together. We started our self healing journeys together approximately 7 years ago and went on to become Reiki Masters as we wanted to offer this to others having witnessed the benefits ourselves.
Recently our spiritual and healing paths overlapped and we came to the realisation that we can make more changes and help more people’s lives by working together.
Collaboratively we have so many spiritual gifts to offer including mediumship, crystals, cards, psychic development and so much more!
Meet Rosie
Rosie is co-founder of Mystical Soul Sanctuary and a heart-led holistic therapist dedicated to supporting others through healing, relaxation, and spiritual connection.
As a Reiki Master, Gong Master, Reflexologist, Swedish Massage Therapist, Oncology Massage Therapist, and Psychic Medium, Rosie brings a nurturing and grounded presence to every session she offers. Her work combines intuition, compassion, and years of experience helping others feel supported on their healing journey.
Alongside Laura, Rosie now co-facilitates accredited Reiki training, Sound Baths, Healing Circles, retreats, workshops, spiritual events, and personalised 1:1 and 2:2 healing experiences across the Isle of Wight.
Her gentle approach helps clients feel safe, seen, and deeply cared for, whether they are attending for relaxation, emotional support, spiritual guidance, or personal growth.

Laura is co-founder of Mystical Soul Sanctuary, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Therapist, Intuitive Healer, and Personal Empowerment Coach with a deep passion for helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
Her healing journey began following the loss of her father and best friend, experiences that led her towards Reiki, sound healing, spiritual development, and personal transformation. Through her own journey of healing and self-discovery, Laura found her calling in supporting others through holistic and energy-based therapies.
Today, Laura facilitates accredited Reiki training, Sound Baths, workshops, retreats, Healing Circles, and intuitive healing experiences both online and in person across the Isle of Wight.
Her work blends Reiki, Quantum Healing, sound therapy, intuitive guidance, empowerment coaching, and spiritual development in a grounded and heart-led way. She is passionate about helping others build confidence, reconnect with their inner strength, and feel supported on their journey.
Together, Laura and Rosie have created Mystical Soul Sanctuary as a safe and welcoming space for healing, connection, transformation, and community.

Our Story
Laura and Rosie’s healing journey began together in 2019 when they first discovered Reiki while searching for healing and balance within their own lives.
After personally experiencing the powerful impact Reiki and holistic healing had on their wellbeing, they felt deeply called to continue learning and eventually share this work with others.
Their journey was shaped through personal experiences of grief, healing, growth, and transformation, including the loss of Laura’s father and best friend. These experiences gave them a deep understanding of how important it is to feel supported, held, and guided during difficult times.
Over the years, Mystical Soul Sanctuary has continued to grow from a small healing vision into a thriving holistic practice supporting individuals both online and in person across the Isle of Wight.
Today, Laura and Rosie facilitate healing sessions, retreats, workshops, Sound Baths, spiritual development experiences, accredited Reiki courses, and community healing events, while continuing to expand their offerings and deepen their knowledge.
